Lilla Vi’s Wardrobe

At Lilla Vi’s Wardrobe, we believe there are a lot of children’s clothes out there that deserve more than one story.

Together, we help families pass on quality pre-loved clothes and shoes on commission, keeping treasured pieces in circulation and out of landfill.

Through our upcycling and repair services, we encourage caring for the clothes our little ones love — mending, reimagining, and extending their life wherever we can. It’s all part of creating a more thoughtful, planet-friendly way of dressing our children.

Alongside this, we design and make small-batch, made-to-order pieces using reclaimed, deadstock, and recycled fabrics — created with comfort, style, and sustainability at heart, for families who want to make a difference together.

Sell With Us

Kids grow fast, and it’s hard to keep up. Before you know it, drawers are full of little treasures that other children could love and use. We’re here to help make sure those clothes are worn again and again, instead of ending up in landfill.

Many of the items we curate have already been well worn—and that’s something we’re proud of. Our model is built around extending the life of each garment as much as possible. We focus on high-quality pieces that still look and feel great, and are made to be loved by more than one family.

Some of the brands we curate include: Bobo Choses, Tiny Cottons, Jelly Mallow, Mini Rodini, The Animals Observatory, Oilily, Konges Sløjd, Patagonia, Arket—and, of course, East London gems Studio Koter and OmBaby.

Want us to sell your children’s clothes and shoes? At Lilla Vi, we sell your items on commission.

We accept:

  • clothes for all seasons

  • sizes up to 122 cm / 7 years

  • shoes up to size 30

  • selected accessories

We always make a careful selection of the items you bring in. As we receive large volumes of clothing, our curation is intentionally selective. Read more here to learn how it all works.

Why mend your clothes?

Every garment tells a story — of natural resources, skilled hands, and countless hours spent turning raw materials into something wearable and beautiful. When you mend your clothes, you honour this story by giving them a second chance to be worn, loved, and cherished.

It’s easy to overlook the true cost behind our clothing. In the UK alone, around 300,000 tonnes of textiles are discarded to landfill every year, even though 95% could be reused or recycled. Dealing with this waste also costs the UK government an estimated £82 million annually.

Choosing to repair rather than replace is a simple, powerful way to reduce waste and lessen environmental impact. Whether it’s sewing a loose seam, patching a hole, or darning a sock, mending keeps clothes in use longer and promotes a more mindful approach to consumption.

Ultimately, the most sustainable choice is often to care well for what we already own — giving our clothes a longer, fuller life.

Lilla Vi Clothing

Made in small batches to reduce waste, we make to order kids clothing from our London studio and work with local dressmakers within our community. We create every piece from reclaimed textiles, deadstock fabrics, natural fibres or recycled materials. Choosing fabrics that are both soft and durable. Based on the principles of joy, style, comfort and play. Each garment created reflects our commitment to circular, conscious fashion.
